This was my first time as a podcast guest so I was really nervous! But it was such a treat to chat about market research, the importance of data, and how to get started building your marketing plan.
One of the key components I focus on during the conversation is really understanding your customer. It is my belief this is the North Star for any business, from how you build your customer journey to what products and services you offer. We talk quite a bit about how to dial that in and check back in with your personas over time to make sure they haven't changed.
